F - Youtube 'Andrew, I have to tell you that I experienced a most interesting thing yesterday: I felt like I was meditating with that buzzing, light, vibrating feeling that I get when I meditate. Then I began to feel that all the places in my knee and back, including my neck were being touched. Just a twinge in those places. Even up the side of my neck where I had a tight muscle. I remember thinking I was getting more from my knee healing than I expected. Remember I told you I was off kilter because my knee made my back go out. Well, I was getting my back adjusted when they worked on my knee. Otherwise it couldn't be fixed. It would just go out again. Right before you spoke to bring me back I felt something move above my knee cap. Like a lump moved up about an inch. My husband and I went to visit a friend about 45 min. from our house. Around 8 PM I was standing in his kitchen and my knee suddenly hurt so bad I could hardly step on that foot. It was difficult to get to a chair to sit. I hobbled home and to bed. I wanted to take a pain killer but did not. We will talk about that later. Interesting pain killer that I use. This morning My knee has NO PAIN. The swelling looks the same. While I was being worked on I used the time as a gratitude time. Talking to the beings (I think there were six) and being grateful for many specific things in my life. The pain in my right shoulder (which is one of the things I asked
